Q: How can I send you a message?

Q: How do I know when my order will arrive?

A: Our processing time for orders is 1-2 weeks or less. If your order contains only 1-2 books, it typically ships within 1 week.  When your order ships, you should receive an email with tracking information to stay updated on the arrival of your order.

 

Q: The book I ordered isn't what I wanted. Can I return it?

A: At this time, we do not accept return orders. Please make sure to double check your order (book title, language, quantity) before you submit--our order fulfillment is guided by your submission.

 

Q: I accidentally wrote the wrong address for shipping! What do I do?

A: Please contact us IMMEDIATELY! Because orders are shipped fast, it is very important that you let us know as soon as possible. Please send an email (krbcurriculumdesign@gmail.com) or fill out the Contact form to tell us you entered the wrong address. Make sure you write the correct address in the message as well.

 

Q: I want to donate an English or Creole book to God's Vision for Haiti Christian Academy. How can I do that?

A: When you go to checkout, click on the link "DONATE to GVFH Christian Academy." That lets us know that your book will be a donation. You will receive a confirmation of the purchase, but we'll take care of the rest!
